When will my order ship? 

There is a 3-4 week processing time for all orders. Due to COVID-19 regulations and my efforts to stay safe, orders will be mailed out once a week (unless otherwise stated). 

Do you accept exchanges or returns? 

At this time, I do not accept exchanges or returns. If you need any additional information on any product, please make sure you contact me prior to placing your order. 

What if I entered the incorrect address with my order? 

Please double, triple check your address before completing an order, as sometimes I ship out orders the next day. If you entered an incorrect address, please make sure you contact me asap. If your order has already been shipped out, I cannot resend your order unless the original order is returned to me and you purchase additional shipping.
